About Erewhon:

EREWHON BOOKS is an imprint of Kensington Books that focuses on novel-length works of speculative fiction: science fiction, fantasy, horror, and related genres.

At Erewhon, our mission is to publish thoughtful, groundbreaking, and unforgettable books that go straight to the reader’s heart. Erewhon books celebrate the unique, diverse, and underrepresented identities and communities of the world we live in, all through the lens of entertaining, thought-provoking, and risk-taking speculative fiction.

We want innovative spec fic that tugs on your heartstrings and explore meaningful sociopolitical questions. We’re particularly looking for books that bring to the page stories that are usually relegated to the margins – including, but not limited to: racial/ethnic minorities, queer & trans people, fat people, disabled people, working-class and poor people, religious minorities, and intersections of the above. We are especially interested in supporting marginalized writers.
